aquAllure sessions are unique, challenging, fun and provide an impact free, full body conditioning.

The 45 minute music based workout is designed around interval training methods, working different positions to target different parts of the lower body, abdominal region and upper body.

The trainer incorporates high intensity sprints along with longer endurance intervals in order to work your cardio fitness and to increase the calorie burnout. The upper body is also impacted in a routine which includes special movements targeting the abdominal muscles and provides a full body workout.

The aquAllure Cycling Experience is definitely an efficient exercise for all abilities, good for your health, your body and your mind!

The special POOLBIKING bikes used enable anyone to work out efficiently in the water regardless of fitness level, and no special equipment (socks or shoes) are required.
